The "AG-1" is a gouging welding rod that allows for easy excavation and adjustment of the angle between the current, welding rod, and base material. The shape after processing for beveling and groove cutting is U-shaped, with a bevel width of about twice the rod diameter and a depth of up to three times the rod diameter.
